Maple Glazed Salmon, Paleo Style

Ingredients
  • 1 teaspoon paprika
  • 1 teaspoon chili powder
  • ½ teaspoon cumin
  • 1 teaspoon salt
  • 4 salmon fillets
  • 3 tablespoons maple syrup
  • 1 teaspoon dijon mustard
Instructions
  1. Preheat broiler
  2. Combine the first 4 ingredients to make a dry rub
  3. Apply rub evenly to salmon fillets and place on a lightly greased cookie sheet
  4. Broil salmon until desired level of doneness, about 7 minutes
  5. Meanwhile, combine maple syrup and dijon mustard
  6. Brush salmon with maple mixture, return to broiler for 1 more minute
